If apple were going to do this they would have included optical out and a dongle for component out. Everyone who has DVI will already have their cable box or DVD player hooked up to it. If this IS Apples plan, it was poorly executed....

The free printer promo isn't good for mini Mac's. If you look at the fine print on the PDF, the mini is not listed as an acceptable Mac purchase.

If it doesn't work, it's a fault of the stupid game....or it's some backass way of piracy prevention that wasn't thought through very well. I know it's a different game, but I've never had any problem having up to 3 other people play MMORPG's together on my network. That's just stupid...

With World of Warcraft open beta ending today, how many of you will be buying it on the 23rd?

Been playing the open beta and I'm not impressed at all. Warcraft 3 and now WoW. Blizzard's quality or imagination is going downhill, because it seemed like the same old same old as far as MMORPG's go....minus the customability. I find the graphic style obnoxious too. That said, I've also...

It's not that you don't have enough RAM, you have plenty. The problem is that there's a memory leak in the game. My fix? Pull out an old 2nd hard drive. Doesn't matter what the size is. Put it in your computer and format it. Now go into XP's setting and move your swap file to the new...

If you're having long loading time issues in EQII... 1) You don't have enough RAM -or- 2) You're experiencing the memory leak bug that a lot of people are finding with certain configurations. The quick fix... Install a 2nd crappy hard drive in your computer on your 2nd IDE channel...

If you have a crappy, unoptimised computer, you get long loading screens and aweful performance. I play just fine at 1024x768 on my laptop with an FX5200. If my laptop w/ crappy video and a 4200rpm hard drive can play it, so can your computer... Bland Graphics? Maybe if you're running it...

Take into consideration that that was posted in May when the hard mod was easy and pretty commonplace. Since then, people are saying (for the most part) that it's not doable because the ATI drivers detect either the BIOS of the card or the revision of the chip on the card. I'm hoping someone...

Can I overclock my X800pro if it is not a VIVO card?

I think he was wondering if the hardmod for the non-VIVO x800pro's still works. I'd answer, but I don't know...I haven't seen any solid info about it either. I just know that people buy the VIVO's because it's easier to unlock.
