QUIET XP fans...are there any?

Don't let me be the voice of reason here, but why not run Burncpu or some other stressor, and then just use the in-line potentiometer included with the volcano 7. After the cpu reaches maximum temperature, you can slow the fan in small increments till you reach the maximum load temperature...

which dremel bit to use to cut acrylic?

My computer won't start when i change my multiplier!!!

URO (unidentified rolling object) in PS on new Antec SX830

Looks like a standard dowel-pin used in many assembly operations fastener drivers. I'm betting the spindle used to screw the board down inside your power supply lost it. Quite common, really, as dowels are press fit.
