I'm interested in a Centrino as well, but my only concern with the Dell's are that the batteries only last 3.5hours. I know, only 3.5 hrs, but I mean other Centrino laptops last a proclaimed 6 hours! I'm not sure what to get at this point. Maybe I'll hold out a little longer.
That's very odd. Because I got the $275 from Oxford Valley, PA. The only weirdness i have experienced with this GSM service so far is that in some areas, a phone call gets through, and I can here the recipiant perfectly clear but all they hear is dead silence. Very odd.
Maybe this offer is good only for on the East coast? Because I am looking at the forms, and all 4 are unique rebates offering a total of $275. Only one of the rebates has a requirement for a minimum 1 year contract with AT&T GSM.
Like I said, I haven't seen anything online for the rebates. You have to go to the store and the rebate forms will print out from the cash register as the transaction is made.
I don't have a link to the rebates. The rebate forms were printed on the cash register as the sale transaction completed. 3 of the 4 rebate forms are addressed to BestBuy. I don't remember seeing any signs for this much in rebates, so I was pleasantly surprised to see all the rebate forms...

Went to Bestbuy - Philadelphia, PA. They had the Sony/Ericsson T68i w/ At&t GSM Network for $199 - $50 rebate.
However, after ringing it up, got a total of 4 rebates totaling $275 w/ 1 year GSM network contract. May not be for all because the GSM network...
