I have read that article and also searched the internet. I am waiting to join the stronglifts community (there is a waiting list).
In the meantime, I was just looking for some information on anyone who has had personal experience with the program.
thanks for the advice on safety. I actually had to reduce the amount of weight I started with because I didn't have proper form. I hope to get up to lifting 1.5 times my body weight which I believe is the ultimate goal in stronglifts.
