Going to eDirectory 8.6.2 and NDPS- Any problems?

No problems at work. Only caveat is to make sure the jetdirect cards/boxes are NDPS compatible. Some need firmware updates, but I think anything older than the J2552 models aren't compatible.

HELP - bandwidth hog...

Are you sure its managed? I thought Dell switches were unmanaged. Anyway, if it is managed, you should be able to log into the switch and look at utilization statistics for each port. If you really wanted to use a sniffer, you would have to mirror the outbound port to the port the sniffer is...

win2k+apache+dns2go

Wouldn't you have to set apache to listen to both port 80 and 8080? However, since you're using a commercial DDNS, they probably onlt allow one port to handle web requests. I use d2g.com (which I think is the same as yours) and the client only has an option for one port for http forwarding. TWU
