Mac mini help

I think you can make do with the lowest end current Mac Mini. 10 tabs open, music and movies should all run just fine on that level of hardware. OS X tends to be more "hardware friendly" and you really shouldn't expect to find yourself wishing you had bought a more "future proof" more...

Is anyone here using Safari on a Windows PC?

I use FF on Windows. I installed Safari to gain access to reading my Kindle books in a browser app. Once FF became supported for the kindle web app, I haven't touched Safari. I run Chrome on my Mac but on windows I use FF.

My worse Apple phone/store experience

VZW Employee Accounts suck

It's so easy to use Verizon and sucks in a sentence together. I was with Verizon for over 10 years. I loved their customer service. It was top notch. But their handsets? That's another matter entirely. Again and again, I allowed myself to be chained to the oars for some mediocre handset...

Hold on. I don't think Apple supports multiple iCloud logins. They do support a separate Apple ID in iTunes. So your iCloud login can be one thing and your iTunes login can be another. But that's it. And there is only (supposed to be) one iTunes login per iThing. The only way to "log in" to...

Whoa. No need to delete anything. I used MobileMe for years and upgraded to iCloud. During the process, I created a "temp" iCloud account just for testing. When I "logged out" of the temp account on my Mac, all my contacts were deleted, despite the fact they weren't created with that iCloud...

I have a Mac , and while it's not that big a deal as iPhoto '11 only costs $15, without iPhoto '11 my photostream would never show up on my Mac. Where do your photostream pictures show up on a PC?

If you own a digital camera, pick up an "eye fi" card. It transfers photos via wifi, via eye.fi servers and they show up on your computer. If you own any eye fi card, you have an eye fi account which lets you download the free eye fi iOS app that does the same thing for photos on your iphone...

How do i learn how to be productive on a mac?

Thanks for the heads up about Cinch. It's pretty much Aero snap for OS X. For me Aero snap gets on my nerves. Especially the tendency to maximize windows because I got them too close to the top of the screen. I'd love to switch that off and keep the rest but alas I keep Aero snap switched...

Is there a better mouse than the Magic Mouse for use with a Mac PC?
