All Games crash after 30 minutes or so of play.

Its new Antec True power 450. I had a feeling in the back of head it might be sound. I think it may have been an issue with the mobo sound being enabled for some reason. I shut it off and played NWN for over an hour with no crash. We'll see. Thanks

I really like Starlancer, one of the best of late. Had its issues but was fun to play.

All Games crash after about 30 minutes of game play.

I just switched from on board sound and cut my temp by 3 degrees, no crash so far. We'll see. For some reason it was on in the bios settings. Thanks

I have checked the MSI site and I have the most up to date bios. There are a couple of fixes for CPU coding and boot from LAN issues but nothing about memory. That was problem with my last mother board. The memory controller had issues. I replaced the ram that came with the system and added...

All Games crash after 30 minutes or so of play.

I'm running an MSI 648F Neo 800 fsb. I'm not overclocking anything. I have not checked for a new update on the bios yet, I'm up to date on video and sound. It has been getting worse over that last month. It is to the point now where I can watch the clock and wait for it to crash.

I tried that, it still crashed. I watched the heat on the CPU and saw no difference in temp.

All Games crash after about 30 minutes of game play.

I just regreased the heatsink with the CPU today. It still crashes with the case open. I see no difference in CPU temp either way. I have 2 fans blowing out on the back and one fan blowing in on the side with a large vent opening on the front of the case. The video FAN is running and the CPU...

I have updated drivers and last time i checked there was no update for the MOBO. No I didn't test the ram. I'll do it again.
