New to overclocking

go to BIOS and then increase the voltage at 1.2 (1.5 max on air) and the multiplier to 42-48...

i7 3770k Stock Temps

3770k @ 3.7 + AS5 + PHANTEKS + 24 AMBIENT = 48 C in full load you could buy AS5 and a nice cooler if the temps bother you ...

Asus z77 problem

How can I keep the cpu and ram frequency Stock, without scalling ? I`ve OC the processor but I want to return to standard settings. I press F5 in Bios, anything is ok but the frequency is dynamic. I`ve tryied the jumper, to remove the bios battery and to disable the EIST, How can I fix this...
