Anybody tried new chipset-drivers(Hyperion 5.14A)? Are they any good? I noticed that ppl talked about memory-perfs here, i use now 2x1Gb Transcend Axerams, with 3-3-3-8/2T and in "533"-setting, for some reason, 667-setting has never worked in my mobo, errors immediatly. Memorys works too in...

You have to keep in mind that with 8800-series you cannot use too old drivers. It was after 150-something driver series from Nvidia when 8800 started to work in 775Dual. So i guess 90-series is out of question. I bought 8800GTS 320 few days ago and finally got it working, first i had big...

But if you se that boot failure guard to off, what happens when pc doesn't boot due wrong oc, does it still work after when you reboot and go to bios? Otherwise i have pretty much same settings, expect i use now sync-mode, 'cause my memorys are in 533-mode(they are 800Mzh DDR2).

I wrote to ASrock and they confirmed that 8800 works now on this board; Dear Sir, NVIDIA 8800 series VGA card is now able to work with 775Dual-VSTA with the latest VGA driver. Also 2900XT worked fine under Windows XP. But so far, due to ATi driver issue, it does not work with Windows...

And here we go again, i just read from some forum that 8800-series cards works now with 775Dual-Vsta, since 158.22 forcewares, could anyone here confim this ? Because if it really is so, i can buy GTS(maybe 640Mb) now and use it with my ASRock, and then buy other/better mobo in the future...

I run my GSkills at 533-setting, and 'cause my Fsb is at 291Mhz, they run actually at ~582Mhz(or something). I tried 667, but i got only errors and lock-ups, i managed to get 'em work with very relaxed setting, but it didn't made any sense, when in 533-setting i can keep my 2x1Gb memorys in...

Well, when i bought 775Dual Vsta, i had this Agp-Gainward already(first used it with my older 754-Asrock mobo) and 2gig of DDR 400. So i thought to save little money when move from AMD to Intel, i bought 6600 straight away 'cause i knew that with 775Dual i cannot oc it properly, so processor...

Now with DDR2's i've been able to rise functional fsb to 295-297(earlier with DDR400, 290 was reasonable limit). Divider is 1:1, my GSkill 800's works now at ~599Mhz(533-setting) with 4-4-4-10 and 1T+Dual channel. I still use 2.40 bios, do you people think that 2.60 is clearly better...

What bios-version you have now? And what voltage settings you use(low/normal/high?), i haven't yet managed to get my G.Skills work on 667Mhz, they(or board) seem to like more 533Mhz. My voltage-setting is now normal, but i have to try low too, i have pipeline enabled, v-link is fast and...

So you ppl say that bios v2.10 is best if user use DDR2 in his mobo? Hmm, maybe i should try it, i use now 2.20, earlier was 1.80, maybe that 2.10 would cure some of my problems with G.Skill's DDR2s(?)

On other hand with low speeds i can lower latencies(now i have 4-4-4-10, have to try tighter) quite a much, so it isn't so bad situation.
