Will my Antec Earthwatts 550 handle this system?

Im no expert, but i think it would work. The SLI wouldnt really strain it, 2 9600's wouldnt be powerful enough to put on any siginificant strain anyway. That said, if you can afford a 600W then i'd go for that, just to be safe. Im still not an expert.

Entirely new machine. Intel Core 2 Quad (Q8400) 2.66GHz Asus P5N-D 2 x 2GB Kingston RAM How do i check the connector? Im not even sure what connector you mean.

Antec 650W with GTX 260?

Alright, well i did what you said, and booted for the first time... No POST beeps at all, and no image on the screen. I just took out the graphics card and no beep. Took out the HDD and still no beep. Any ideas as to whats going wrong?

Antec 650W with GTX 260?

Alright. Well, it is non modular, and the PCI adapter looks exactly the same as the one with PCI-E written on it. Also, i have consulted the manual but it doesnt say anything other than "Plug the PCI connector into the graphics card" or something similar. So, would you recommend i just try it...

It says nothing about being modular, so i would assume it isnt. Also, the cables came connected to the PSU, so i dont think they are the wrong way around.

Yeah it does. Im just a little confused as the other 6 pin connector says PCI-E on it.

It is the Antec Earthwatts 650W. There is a 6 pin and a 6+2 pin PCI-E connector. Can i use both 6 pin connectors, disregarding the 2 pin connector?

Antec 650W with GTX 260?

I just bought the GTX 260 and the Antec 650W PSU, but im not sure if the two work together. The 260 appears to need 2 6pin connectors, but the PSU only has 1 6pin and a 2pin. Do i need to change my PSU?

P5N-D - Do i need a Northbridge fan?

I recieved my P5N-D in the mail today, but i was just thinking - Does it need a Northbridge fan? Asus say that you don't need one, but some people say you do. Any ideas?

Physically small RAM?

I just recieved 2 sticks of Kingston 4GB 800MHz DDR2 Non-ECC CL6 DIMM (KVR800D2N6K2), but upon inspection, the RAM is very small physically. Will this go into my desktop computer? Im very confused, ive never seen RAM so small. Heres a picture...

Sweet. Looks like a good price on the other HDD as well, i will probably go for that instead of the Spinpoint. Ill also take a look at some SATA burners. The computer is going to be used mainly for gaming as well as all round use (word processing, MSN, browsing AnandTech), basically its going...

Does this all check out?

Is that the "WD Caviar Black 1 TB Internal hard drive" ? Also, the CPU is going to be OC'd as much as i can, the speed isnt too much of an issue.
