    Take a flat head screwdriver to the bottom lip of the processor and gently tap it with a hammer... after the lever is open all the way.

    Windows XP with SP1 keeps freezing even after reformat

    Had this same issue, tried different XP cd's, etc... I had a bad memory stick. I even got a bad harddrive error.

    DVDShrink 3.1.6 released Feb 23rd..DVD backup freeware

    Did not have any issues backing up Lion King 1 1/2. I used DVDShrink3.1.5. I just made sure no compression on the main movie, then let it back up. I would llike to help you more, but nothing much else to say.
