Dell Inspiron 8600 or EMachines M6805?

I have a change to get a Dell 8600 with a 1.5GHz Pentium M, 512MB, 128MB Radeon 9600 Pro, 60GB 7200RPM Drive, DVD+R burner... It even comes with a free camera. OR From Circuit City should i get a Emachines M6807, Athlon 64 3000+, 512MB, 64MB Radeon 9600, 40GB 5200RPM Drive, with a DVD burner...

CPU Temp Question?

I just built me a system with the following: Asus A7N8X-DX mobo AMD 2500+ "Barton" 2x256MB Corsair XMS 2700LL Zalman CNPS-6000cu Heatsink I got about eight fans installed total, 2 rear, 2 PS, 2 Front, 1 side, 1 92mm fan for CPU My question is, when i run Prime95 for hours the CPU temp. never...

A7N8X-DX will not boot!!

It was the Heatsink, i turned it around and it fired right up!! Im using the Zalman CNPS-6000cu, it doesnt say which way to install it, there is no groove for to fit on the raised part of the socket. O well, it works now! Thanks everyone

A7N8X-DX will not boot!!

Lanboy & Zalman?

Thats a good point. I not going to take it to any lan parties, i just like the look of the case, (but if you have any suggestions for a great case about the same price as the LANBOY, im all ears) Only having a center clip, instead of all three, what was zalman thinking? :) IMO any heatsink...

Which Case to buy?

Lanboy & Zalman?

I am building a computer and decided on the Antec Lanboy, and i am going to use the Zalman CPNS-6000cu "Flower" HS on a 2500+ "Barton". My question is has anyone had any problems with the zalman fitting in the Lanboy case, or if any one has a recomendation on a Nice case for around about $100...

Which Motherboard to buy?

Thank you everyone for your suggestions. I think its between the Asus A7N8X or the Abit NF7-S, but i kinda leanin toward the Asus Motherboard, even though its more expensive, it seems to have some better features. Thank you
