Is a temperature of 100-105C ok for 4670 under load?

The store I bought it from have agreed to do an immediate replacement if the card is faulty. Will go there. :)

The temp is 53-55C when idle. I have a gigabyte case with built in 450W power supply. 12V rail is reading 11.98V
