Um...sorry, don't know what OCing is. Can you tell me how to find out what my settings and specs are? If you can tell me how, I can post the info. I use XP Home, if you need to know.

CPU Maxed out, NEED HELP!!!

Hey peeps, its Rebel again. Here's my problem: Everytime I open up "My Computer" and "Internet Explorer" my CPU usage maxes out. Internet Explorer responds, but when I open up My Computer, it freezes my comp. Is something wrong with my computer? And why does my CPU usage max out?

About my problem

everytime i open up folder icons like My Computer, according to my task manager, I use up 100% of CPU usage. Can anyone tell me whats up with that? Oh, whats the place I can download that Spyware cleaner again? Thanks for the help, apparently, my post was deleted.
