I'm insulating the garage which involves finishing the ceiling and walls, and it will make lot of stuff inaccessible so running electrical and data stuff while it's still open.     The joists are not perfectly 16" OC everywhere, so I need to add strapping anyway which will make a gap so that edges of sheets always line up on a stud.     Those people they are grabbing are terrorizing others and deserve that. That's what bleeding heart liberals fail to realize. They seem to sympathize the bad people causing problems while ignoring the rest who are minding their own business.
