So my Lenovo laptop's hard drive failed. I wanted to use the warranty I payed for through square trade, so I sent it in and they replaced the HDD and installed a generic windows 8. Now I am unable to upgrade to 8.1 or 10 without a key. Square trade said this is my problem. I have no disk...

Laptop Lagtime

I tried all three suggestions. The two HDD programs passed. The Malware came up clean. The problem is getting worse and my laptop is now unusable. Anything else?

Outlook web app problems - file attachment

Hard drive issue

DSL Internet problem

Now for no apparent reason, after returning from trying my laptop's internet connection at another house (two houses, internet worked from both), both laptops work fine. Can someone outside the home be sending a signal, interfering with my internet? Maybe the modem is going out, albeit slowly?

Speed test is posted above. I have not reset the router. This is the 4th time we have had this problem, even had all my laptops fitted with new HDD because we thought it was malware. By the way, the laptops work from other locations on WiFi but not at my home. AT&T said they see nothing wrong...

I don't understand the last comment, but all I know is, I did what was suggested above, and the laptop will not work when connected to the internet. Everything is slowed down so much it's unusable. If the internet is disconnected or the computer is taken to another household, the computer runs...
