Error reporting in WinXP...are our dreams coming true?

Keep in mind, many illegal operations are generated by programs, drivers, hardware, etc. None of which is directly under Microsoft's control. So no, your SB Live! will continue to cause illegal operations, etc.

AT&T Cable Internet is Down! Any Help? Please?

Ignore these people. Call AT&T. You got the lights in the wrong order (receive, then send, then online), but you have no upstream signal if send flashes a few times, then goes back to recv. Nothing you do to the software is going to do anything about no upstream on the modem.

Just got out of a 2 hour 37 minute game of WC3 !

Heh. Battle Angel. Funny stuff. I didn't like the movie itself, but the characters were pretty good.

Keep in mind that more people worldwide have used computers running Windows than any other OS ever made. Doesn't mean the larger numbers are the superior option. Simply the most widely used one.

No, 96% of web surfers use IE because it's all they're told they're allowed to use. Install Mozilla on every desktop, and convince ISPs that they should only support Mozilla, and you'll have 96% of users running that instead.

News to me. Looks fine here. Explain? *Scrolls up and down...* Er. OK Compared to what? IE? IE loads at boot. If you want the same for Mozilla, enable that feature. Again, news to me. No worse than IE. If you don't like it, it's easily changed. Er? I have 3. Menu, address, and my tabs...

Cyberwings problems

They offer 98% uptime. If you knew how to read a traceroute, you'd notice the router loop is outside their network. Sh!t happens. Rendus, sitting in #cyberwings right now explaining the same thing, over and over, to every single person who comes in whining.
