Will a video card retain it's overclock and overvolt settings after EVGA precision is uninstalled (clicking no to not save settings during the uninstall) or if the video card is moved to a new system?

I have a Mini-ITX Gigabyte GA-Z77n-WIFI motherboard. In the BIOS, whenever I click on the System Memory Multiplyer, I don't get a menu to select anything. It's just stuck on "Auto". It's the same thing for DRAM voltage. Could it be because I'm running a non-K processor (i5 3470)?
