You must have had lousy wireless mice then.
I believe I have owned almost all of Logitech's high end wireless mice and not ONE has let me down because it wasn't fast or precise enough for my gaming and/or design needs.

No. Im saying the plastic part that is attached to the reverse side of the motherboard is on top of the CPU and I cannot remove the latch that makes it easy to remove the CPU and replace it. The thermal paste can be removed easily.

Even though you only program, I highly suggest you go for a low level entry i5. It will last you more years than a i3.
Always pair up your RAM. Don't ever get 1 stick. Double it up at least. Hell if in your budget 4 x 2GB (in normal scenario, you would do 2 x 4GB)
