I have Venice E3 too. i am running 2500 mhz OCed. Mbm 5 read 28C idle , 47C chipset idle 1.41 vcore, 1.26 LDT and 1.66V chipset

Gigabyte G-Power heatsink/fan combination for AMD motherboard

does anyone know any motherboard that has a two side fan like " Gigabyte GA-G1 975X" but it is for AMD and not for Intel.
