If you cant understand what i meant, im saying that the rope cannot be tied to a bail of hay that is 25 ft away from him if the rope is only 15 ft long. Reread my post and you should understand.
Edit: I lack reading skills
It could also be that the horse is tied to the 15 ft rope but he is 25 feet in the opposite direction of the of the bail of hay so he can move to the pole (or whatever he is tied to getting him 15 feet closer) and then the bail of hay is only 10 ft, giving the horse 5 extra ft.
