I was wondering like in XP when there are several family members using one box load w/ XP Pro w/ their own profiles, how would I make applications like IM or computer games be available/used from one installation instead of separate installations for each user like it does for MS Office i think...
Ain't too newbie friendly as it is like most ppl to UNIX/LINUX i take it. Well, I finally figured how to connect to a hub and of course get kicked out frequently due to my infantile collection. The ones i've connected tho, I still trying to figure out the search feature since theres no button...
I have the 7004BR w/ the 1.90h firmware version and on the web configurator there's a link to Access Controls and at the top theres a check box to enable your own port settings and stuff which mine is unchecked. Not sure if the 7004ABR has something different if that's what you have.
I have the older barricade router, but I paid just as much as what the newer model normally costs. What sort of functions are in the newer model? If I hadn't bought it recently, i'd jump on this deal big time.
Have you made changes to the port settings or enabled the access control? Mine barricade is set to what is default and i'm able to play CS and DOD just fine.
