Please help, need to find a ultra light USB DVD-Rom for notebook

Title say it all, do anyone know any manufacture make ultra light/slim DVD-rom? I try Micro-solution, Lacie, IBM, Compaq, QPS...etc. Still no luck. Thx

First Sis735 board review!

If you guys take a closer look @ the Chaintech Box, it say "VIA Inside". That is a big mistake.

Radeon review inconsistancy

I am very happy with my Radeon AIW, I don't have ANY problem w/ this card. I try it w/ WinME, Win98, Win200, BX, VIA..etc, all rock stable. 2D quality is WAY better then Nv Card(if you have a good monitor). The only problem I have is the ATI cd player don't play VCD. Both Geforce and Radeon...

Big IDE tape drive

If you want tape, go for SCSI. Best for your $ Sony TSL-S11000/SB 320GB DDS-4 Autoloader Fastest you can get IBM 100/200GB LTO Autoloader(Seagate have it too.) Hope this help. Stan

Should I get PIII or Cel??

rickn is right, AMD is not my consideration in this case. Becasue I don't want to get a new mobo. Since I can't find any benchmarks from anandtech articles for these cpus, I don't know if PIII worth the extra $50(I know PIII should be faster, but Cel have extra 100mhz). Do anyone have 3Dmark...

Help on WinME

Hi all, I have WinMe on my Cel/BX/196MB ram...etc box. I use this system for MP3/game..etc. I am very happy w/ WinME so far. But the problem is I find the OS is MUCH slower than before and it can't shut down(whenever I shut down the system, it RESTART). Any help will be appreciated. Stan

Best Notebook???

1) HP Omnibook xe3 PIII800 2) IBM A Series 3) Apple Titanium PowerBook(I am a PC guy but this Apple is great) Please don't go for Toshiba, they're not as good as before.
