HDD invisible in Windows 7, HELP!!

Hey there, I got it working :) I inserted the windows 7 dvd in windows opertation and started the setup. In the "format drive" menu I hit refresh and my hitachi drive was detected :) I have no idea about the technical reasons behind it, but it just worked :) thank you for your reply!!

OS X on old pc

i hav an old athon xp 1700+ pc which supports only sse 1 ... i would like to know if i would be able to load os x on it. the min required is sse2 i guess, just wanted to know if its possible!!

Music used for Emirates advertisements

Does ne body know which is the music is used for the emirates advertisements. its out of this world. even for their prev ad campaign they had superb music.

Half a gig better than One!!!

k now the sys is working in single channel mode, but still there r peaks showin in the task manager, the cpu usage suddenly jumps from 7% to 100% for no apparent reasons. i'll have to wait n see if there is a sys performance improvement.

a month back i swapped my old ASUS A7N266VM (nforce 1) with my sis's BIOSTAR M7NCG 400 bios rev 7.2(nforce 2). n i thought everything was hunky-dory but was i wrong!! i added 512mb kingston ram so the total becomes 1 gig with the first 512mb ram being a hynix, the ram's working in a dual channel...

HDD Crash, HELP!!!

i have a Seagate 20 GB HDD which i think has crashed. the hdd seems to spin as the system is started, but the system doesnt boot up. the message that pops up on the screen is something like "Waiting for IDE Detection". So the question is: Has my HDD really crashed, if YES, how can i recover...
