TV Wonder Pro

Hey all just bought an ATI TV wonder Pro and it makes a weird sound when changing the channels. Using ATI's MMC 9.1 (tried 8.2 same results), Win XP, Audigy 2 (latest drivers), DX9b, 9800 Pro with Cat 4.6's. The TV card is connected to my line in on the sound card but it still makes this...

Stay Away from BBA 9600 Pros

I don't think I should have to put a fan on this card. The first one lasted 3 months and the second was defective from the start. What I'd like is for ATI to credit me the price of the card and I'll purchase an 9600XT from them. The XT uses a higher quality fan.

Stay Away from BBA 9600 Pros

The fan assembly is the cheapest I have seen . I will not void my warranty by replacing it myself. I would like ATI to give me the opportunity to "trade up" to the 9600 XT. I'll gladly pay the difference to avoid having to RMA the card 10 times a year.

Man you are OLD. I'm ONLY 32 lol. Yeah I know exactly what you mean. I guess I'm a little impatient because ATI uses UPS to ship (did I mention that UPS refuses to ship to military bases lol). I'll get over it.

$300.00 dollars CDN is alot of money to just cut my losses. I wish I could afford to lol. I'd be happy if ATI gave me full credit for the card towards the purchase of a better product.

Win XP Right Click Menu Handler

Hey Guys, When I right click a .jpg file it no longer gives me the option to "set as desktop background" nor does it give me the option to rotate or resize. These options still appear on .BMP files. Any Ideas???

GeForce 3 incompatible with DDR RAM or something

It's a long shot but try disabling Fast Writes and AGP Read Synchro in the Bios (should be in Chipset Features). Just out of curiosity are you running a SB Live 5.1 (and if so what drivers?).

Just got ti4200 Video card....r these benchmarks good?

You should hit 10 000 with all default settings. Disable anything that is running in the background and try again.

Sony DVD Rom on 7VRXP in PIO mode

I've fixed the problem by deleting the entry for the secondary IDE channel in the device manager. Re-booted and then put the DVD back on IDE 2.

Quick question about video drivers!

I second the start from scratch. When I update my Nvidia drivers the Winfast overclocking utility no longer works properly so I uninstal it first and then re-instal after upgrading the drivers.

Which Ti4200 is better?
