ASUS R9 270 artifacts in Firefox

After disabling hardware accel in Firefox I have not seen artifacts all day long. Guess that fixed it for me. Thanks to the guys who replied.

JDG, Thanks for the speedy reply. This seems like a minor problem I guess. I can live with the Firefox problem as long as it doesn't spread to my games and other applications. The card was sold at a really good price and I am very happy with its performance.

ASUS R9 270 artifacts in Firefox

I recently purchased a new ASUS card, the R9 270 and I see a square pattern of graphical artifacts in my Firefox browser window. I RMAed the card back and the replacement does the same thing. I contacted ASUS tech support and they said to use different drivers. Sigh. Is this a big problem...

linksys BEFSX41 problems

I am having two problems with a Linksys router 1. I flashed the rom on it and now the routers setup page will not display correctly on my Windows 7 computer. I have tried different cables and when a setup page loads, only part of it shows up. If I refresh the page sometimes more will show up...

Docsis cable modems

I was just mad that Suddenlink knew what kind of modem I had and never told me why I wasn't getting the speed I paid for. The tech that came out yesterday got me a Docsis 3 that was used and Suddenlink gave me a $120 rebate, so no bill this month, lower bill next month and modem paid for.

Yeah, I read that before, I just wasn't sure what it meant, It said 48.88 Mbps throughput. So I was confused why my modem would only do 1.5 Mbps downloads

Linksys BEFSX41 any way to unbrick it?

I actually got it to boot up and flash the firmware using the instructions on this page. I was nervous opening it up and sticking metal to pins inside it but it worked. http://www.dslreports.com/forum/remark,12703000

Yeah, I tried TFTP but since I can not connect to the router, it will not update. I don't know what JTAG is, I'll Google it. You would think they would make a basic rom chip that would take over in case a flash goes bad, just so you are not left with junk

Linksys BEFSX41 and ASUS M4a77D motherboard

Yeah, I bought a new ethernet card and it still only shows up if I set the speed to 10 Mbps. Also my new Cat 6 cable doesnt seem to work. It feels like it is too loose in the socket of the router. Sigh, new modem for me, and I wasted money on that used one.
