What program to monitor memory timings?

Unless your profile is out of date, your mobo is different from mine, which is a P4S533. Anyone know how to get CPUz to work on it or have a program that will do the same thing?

Latest shipments of neweggs 1.6a results?

I have a NewEgg packdate of 4/30 and mine has posted to 2.4ghz without any problems. I'll try later tonight to get higher.

P4 1.6A and 1.8A overclocking: Post your results

P41.6a @ 2.4GHz, 1.5v, Samsung PC2700 DDR These are on an Asus P4S533, all parts from NewEgg. This is the highest I've overclocked so far.

What program to monitor memory timings?

Looking for a program that works with an Asus P4S533 w/ Samsung PC2700 RAM to monitor timings and frequency. I got CPU-z but it doesn't show anything except for the amount of memory.

1.6a and P4S533 in!

7757524: I installed the newer Asus probe and things are much better. IIRC, it was around 34c idle, 44c load. I'm now running at 2.2GHz and the temps are 37c idle, 50c load (prime95). My case temp seems to be hanging around 27-28c no matter what, so I guess that's good. My BIOS actually already...

With this argument about OEM customers vs OC customers, are there any specs on what percentage of computer buyers are overclockers? That would be an interesting number.

P4S533 Problems (cont)

Thanks, Thugs, but I didn't do a search because I remember reading those threads while researching what board to get. I will look again, but I thought their problems were because of not connecting things right (as in all connectors instead of just the atx/p4). Anyway, I will look.

Help with brand new P4S533!

I finally got my parts in the other day: Asus P4S533, 1.6a, and Samsung 512MB PC2700. I spent last night messing with this thing trying to get it to work and I can't! The mobo LED comes on and the on-board LAN link light comes on, but when I hit the power switch, I get nothing. No beeps, no...
