Celeron II should run at 1.60v normally so be careful about how high you puch it up. You should be stable at 1.65 and 1.70 but watch the heat above that. Some CPU's are just not ment to reach 850Mhz.

The ATI Rage Fury Pro is an ok card but a little outdated. If you're looking for cheap performance I'd have to recoment the Geforce MX. If you're looking for a bit more in terms of 32bit performance and high resolution you can't go wrong with a Radeon 32Mb DDR.
Hey, thats basically the same graphics that anyone with a i810/i815 chipset has onboard. It isn't half bad for office stuff and you can even play games at low res on it. Not exactly blazing though. I got a PCI Voodoo3 for my board. Very happy up to now.

If it were up to me I'd get a Duron 600 and clock it as high as possible. As for Athlons, as long as you get a thunderbird you should have very similar overclocking results. They are all manufactured on a 0.18u process so they are in theory the same core. Save where you can is my advise.

I don't think it is really worth the exrta cost. If you have money to spend, then I'd recommend CAS2 but otherwise the 3-5% performance gain isn't worth the extra cost. Rather get more CAS3 RAM
You should at least find out what yuor system is before you start overclocking. If you're gonna give it a go anyway, you'll need to find your motherboard manual to get an idea of how to change the chip multiplier or system bus. Thats about all I can help you with for now.
Voodoo3 3500 is a great card but a little over priced. If you don't need the TV support I'd get a Voodoo3 2000 and overclock the crap out of it. I got mine running at 178Mhz with only a little extra cooling. Otherwise the 3000 model is a good trade off and still quite overclockable.
