Is it normal to not be able to hit x44 Cache Ratio on a 4790K?

VRIN and RING voltage need to be upp'd when dealing with high processor cache multipliers.

Quality control doesn't improve by sending products back. Company policy dictates quality control, not customer RMA. Like Flapdrol said, they can easily straighten it out and send it back, or send you a board with even worse defects. I'd definitely keep it if it works without issues.

That's not true at all. Experienced players can easily tell between 60Hz and 120Hz in a blind experiment. See Linus's experiment on seeing above 60Hz. You probably have a lot of inexperience with 120Hz.

"Full-range Speakers" setting and my headphones

Just wondering if I should enable "Full-range Speakers" under my Realtek HD Audio settings. I have the Sennheiser HD 518 as headphones, do they count as Full-range speakers? Their frequency response is 14,000 - 26,000 Hz. I can't really notice a difference with the setting enabled or disabled.

CrossFire - Higher ASIC Quality as Master GPU?

You're definitely right. I noticed higher and more sustained CPU usage during Far Cry 3 than I did with my 780.

Did u fiddle with your BIOS settings lately? Is your motherboard set to iGPU (integrated) instead of PCI-E? When my Gigabyte mobo is set to iGPU, whatever is in my PCI-E is not detected. Simply upgrading Windows shouldn't cause your GPU not to become detected. This shouldn't be a problem in...
