Scanning multiple documents into one file

Is there a way to scan multiple documents into a single multi-paged file that is a microsoft office compatible file? I am trying to scan somethings and sending them to our corporate office and they use Microsoft Office but we don't have any copies of it. Thanks Green

XP-64 Not showing all RAM

I just installed XP-64 onto a brand new build. It has 4GB of dual channel memory on the motherboard, and it all shows up in the BIOS. But only 2.75 shows up in windows. Any ideas? Here are the specs of the build ASUS A8n-SLI Deluxe AMD 64 3500+ 939 2 SLI - MSI NX6600GTs 4 X 1GB...

Naw you just use ' instead of " and it ignores special characters for that quote. -green

XP command line to go to current user's folders

Yes %username% worked but it doesn't work in perl so I had to make a perl command like this.... system 'explorer.exe c:\documents and settings\%username%... etc.... thanks a lot for the help -green

Is there a way to write a command line to go to the current users documents and settings folder? like normally I would go cd documents and settings\soylentgreen but I want a line to be able to open up the current users folder if it is a different user. ? -green

yeah that's what I did and just made a batch file like %Perl\bin\perl u.pl u.pl is the program I'm running.. it works great. -green

Picture quality is worse with KVM

seems like theres nothing I can do... oh wellz... it's barely noticeable but we'll see I'm gonna go play some farcry.. if I notice it then I'm gonna return it.

Picture quality is worse with KVM

I just hooked up my two computers with an AirLink 101 2 port KVM switch. Now it's like I can see my picture refreshing.. it's not horrible but I wonder if there's a way to make it stop Is this common with KVM switches? It does it for both of my computers It's like there's waves going up...
