Does Windows 8 still stink?

Why do people keep denying it? Windows 8/8.1 is bad. Just plain bad. Much much worse than Vista and ME.

2GB of RAM is "Hardware Reserved" !?!

Sure it's not 2gb reserved for some onboard video? Though that is a lot.

32 bit OS, GPU's and RAM?

I dunno.. I've run into situations where 32bit O/S with 4GB RAM wouldn't allow the colour settings to go above 16 colours (or 256, can't remember).

Worth it to upgrade to 802.11AC?

I assume that 100/1000 would be noticeably better for Steam streaming than any g/n/ac wireless would be.

Is Half Life 2 overrated?

HL1 wasn't overrated but HL2 was. HL2 was good but nothing really special.
