Two cops came over to my friends apartment complex and picked up (cuffed and hauled to county) some guy for not paying his seat belt ticket. That ordeal took a matter of 45 minutes to an hour.
Does anyone else see something wrong with this?

Theres a combo I want to try out with Jurai Gumo and Barrel behind the door.
Jurai gumos effect is I toss a coin...if i call it wrong i REDUCE my life points by half and if i call it right then nothing.
Barrel states that when an effect does damge to life points, except battle damage...
