Antec Sonata Silent case at Fry's for $59.99 AR

The Overture case I bought @ Fry's a while back came with the power supply...given that the Overture needs a somewhat oddball supply, this probably is expected. I'm 99% sure the Sonata has a power supply bundled with it as well.

Picked a cheap monitor at OfficeMax

...especially when it's something you'll probably keep for a few years, unlike most of the other parts of your computer. I think I was running a 300-MHz K6-2 when I bought my current monitor (a KDS VS-195)...or maybe it was still a 200-MHz K6 at that point, but it was somewhere in that range...

Free USB1.1 Hubs

Mice should work through bus-powered hubs. I have a Microsoft optical wheel mouse (this one) that works just fine when connected through a 4-port mini-hub. I wouldn't think the power consumption of an IntelliMouse would be so much greater that it wouldn't also work.
