Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't the answer to his question be "Yes, you will see benefit" if the recording is in 4k and then during playback he has the need/ability to zoom in on details? You don't need 4k playback to experience this benefit, a 4k recording will give you sharper detail if...

Question Would RTX 2080ti bottleneck i7 6700K?

I agree. Easy decision to keep my 1080ti for another year or 2 and skip this generation. Here's hoping Navi 23 helps bring next gen prices down next year. Fingers crossed. I agree with the other comments about spending money on monitor next.

Doom, Wolfenstein 2, ME:A. I miss good RPG's. Might have to try FO4 soon. I've had similar experiences. I find myself playing Clash of Clans on the tablet and half watching TV from the couch instead of settling in front of the gaming PC on weeknights.
