Windows 10: context menu missing items

Running Windows 10 RTM (1511 + all current updates) and I'm noticing right click context menus, usually, but not always, missing items from the list. If I know where they are (the order) I can still use the menu (for example to create a new folder) but don't see the labels. I'm seeing this on...

Chromebook - is 4GB RAM needed?
