Ok, so through trial and error and couple of no boot, I managed to overclock it to 3.1GHz. The 3DMark 2001 score at that speed is 13786. I think that is kind of low isn't it? I read people getting 20000 or so with their system. Perhaps it's time for a radeon 9800? ;) Anyway, my first Intel...

Ok, I got my system up and running, and I just did a 3DMark 2001SE and I got a score of over 12000! That's a good thing, right? :) Now, my question is, how do I overclock this thing? IS7 P4 2.4C 2*512mb Geil Value 3200 GF4 Ti4600 WD 80gb Special Edition TB Sata Cruz (I love this card!)

After reading this site and sharky for couple of months and for the first time in many years, I am building an Intel system: IS7 + P4 2.4C + GEIL 512MB PC-3200 Value. Just got them from newegg today. I am waiting for the fan and HD to come then I will get to work. :)
