Hot again?? Dell 2405 LCD for under $950 shipped...

To anyone who has one of these: does it have a fan? My Sony 23" has a fan that annoys me now that my PC is almost silent. If this one didn't have a fan (or it had one that was inaudible) I'd consider picking up the Dell and selling the Sony.
