    Hrm, i turned of firewall and i'm still having the same problems. I think the DFI Lanparty Mobo comes with a built in firewall. Could that be causing problems? I haven't overclocked anything. :/ this is really frustrating! maybe i will look into getting a better power supply. thank you!
