Zywall USG200 Firewall & Zyxel GS1100-16

Not sure, it would seem like it would for the issues I am having however I could not find any limiting users/connections on the configuration page. I sent a service ticket to Zyxel, wondering if anyone here has this firewall and could help?

Zywall USG200 Firewall & Zyxel GS1100-16
