well, i just botted up a new comp only to find this error message "No BIOS installed".
the comp is a 3200 A64, msi K8TNEO mobo, 1 gig of corsair, and a 40 GB WD sata HDD.

seems i fixed the problem by doing probably the last thing i wanted to do....format the drive on pc1.
best idea i can come up with is that there was something wrong with the TCP/IP, like it was corrupt er sumthing.

comp1 can access comp2 fine on my network, but comp2 cannot access comp1 at all but yet can see it and knows it's there.

well, the problem i have been having is the computer screen randomly goes black and i have to use the PSU to restart it...any ideas on what this is? and btw, i switched 4 pin wires and it works fine now, and i used another PSU and it worked fine.
