Using a known working Antec HCG, power delivery is fine I guess it was just a faulty Antec earthwatts.

do yourself a favor with the cooler and get either a scythe mugen or spire eclipse. Spire isn't distributed in the US anymore, but you can order from their website and they make the best air coolers on the market bar none. http://www.spire-corp.com/cpu-coolers/thermax-eclipse-iv-sp984n1-v5-pwm/
