How to RMA a dead hard drive?

OK I've checked their site and the drive is still on warranty. So now I guess I need to call them and tell them that the drive is dead. Thanks for the help!

Plextor UltraPlex 40x for cheap. I dont really care if it's OEM or one of those w/ HP labels on them. As long as it's cheap. I was thinking something under $65. I know Computer Geeks had it for a low price, but now they're all sold out. Any other suggestions? Thanks!
