Internet disconnect under heavy load.

Try downloading a torrent file that has a lot of seeds. Note down the peak download speed. Then leave it for a sustained amount of time. If it does not disconnect abruptly, then your ISP has nothing to do with the problem, in my opinion.

Hi, I think you should check if the router supports VPN features first. Then connect all your devices to the router. That's easier in my opinion.

Is there way to change the amount of bandwidth that each user gets?

You can do that if you had some Cisco switches. In fact, Cisco switches allow to control the amount of bandwidth per switch port. It's done with a set of IOS commands.

Relocating a network to another office

Check if the Internet link is working. You can check with the provider for that. As for the LAN network, do the computers connect directly to the switch or through wall jackets and patch panels? If it's a fresh install then nothing to worry about. Otherwise, sometimes you may encounter a faulty...

I suggest you contact your seller and negotiate returning the device as soon as possible. It costs a lot -in term of time and money- to get a Cisco support. Besides, once you manipulate the firmware, you immediately lose the device warranty. Let us know how it goes.

Could you post more details, such as : - what is the new Internet bandwidth? - what is the type of the link (ADSL, fiber,...)? - Is it persistent or intermittent? - The router configuration? etc.

Multi hub/AP network question

It's been almost a decade since I've not seen a hub around. Like Boomhover said, get rid of hubs and replace them with switches.

E1 PRI interface down

The issue was on the Telco side. I told the Telco that I was receiving the AIS alarm and just before I was going to restart the CSU/DSU I saw a change on the LEDs. It seemed that they did something meanwhile. Thanks a lot :)
