Both of them don't looks amazing compared to more high-end card. It's not important criteria. Just pick GIGABYTE 7750 pre-overclocked card to get better performance.
That's great application for gamers!

I also votes for cherry MX red switch. can't go back to another anymore. there are several options from Razer, Steelseries, Gigabyte, CM Storm and more. even Corsair showcases its K95 at CES recently.
I tried it at one of their event. I am quite satisified its quality and red switch with its 45g of actuation force. 5 Marco keys are enough for me actually. I also am looking at any great deal on newegg.
the pricing of Gigabyte 560 Ti and MSI N560GTX-Ti Twin Frozr II can fit your demand after rebate. The former has higher core clock but the latter can use afterbunner to overclock. You can pick one of them.

PCI-E Gen 3 can't contribute too much performance. It's just a marketing hype.
550Ti with a lower pricing even performs better than HD7770.

Basically, the performance in gaming of the following four 7850 card is similar. I personally will pick Gigabyte 7850 because of better cooling performance and warranty. to be honest, the pricing for MSI 7850 is quite attractive.
ASUS HD7850-DC2T-2GD5
