If by "Dual Core 2 ready" you mean compatible with two Core 2 Duo processors, then neither of these boards would fit the bill
Otherwise, I'd go with the Abit.
Someone at xtremesystems emailed someone at DFI, and was told that this board might not be out until November :( :( :(

Anyone have anything more than a vague idea on when this will be available to buy? The mobo is the final piece of my Conroe build, and if this one will be out in the next 3 weeks or so, I will wait for it.
