Take a look at that "Palm Sized 200 Channel Radio Scanner" as well, one of the best deals in the bunch. It's a Pro-83, well reviewed on the scanner boards, regularly $119. Not compatible with trunked or digital systems but a very good basic scanner if you're interested in such things.

Free Mach3 Razor from Yahoo

I was sent one of these free a couple of months ago; don't remember signing up for anything. Its worth what I paid for it. Razor selection is very personal but to me the blade area is too big to handle the tricky areas around the mouth, chin, etc.
