Has Amazon started to suck?

new printer help

Often, if there is no display on the printer, and no way to type in a password, you need a USB cable from the printer to the PC, even to setup wireless printing. The advantage is, once it is on the network, other pc and devices on wifi can then print. But you still need that usb printer cable...

How often do you have to replace your batteries in the winter?

Uhm, the car wouldn't die while running if the alternator was working properly. I can disconnect the batter on my crown vic, once it is running and it keeps running.

Home Warranty - Should I buy one? How do they work exactly?

Enhanced pointer precision is windows acceleration and deceleration, turning it off helps, but also, any mouse with a laser, and not an optical sensor has built in hardware acceleration. And a lot of optical mice do as well. You can search google for a list of which mice do not have...

You want a mouse that doesn't have acceleration. Which rules out all laser mice. I have the Cooler Master CM storm spawn mouse. It is one without acceleration, and turn off enhanced pointer precision.

Call Asus, usually, 3 year warranty on motherboard, but that one may be a 5 year. RMA your motherboard, when new one arrives put it all back together.
