Best 7200RPM Hard Drive?

I am in the market to buy a new hard drive. No serial-ata or anything like that, just a normal 7200RPM with 8MB of cache. I need one that is quiet, reliable, and fast. I am thinking about getting the WESTERN DIGITAL WD1200JB SPECIAL EDITION drive. Please give me some suggestions.

I was looking for a MP3 player that can play the music I store on it through the radio. For example, I tune in to a FM channel like 88.3 on my car radio and it can play all my audio files on the MP3 player. Any ideas on new or current models out there that feature this?
