I think there's plenty of blame to go around. As opposed to just laying the blame on one group or aspect of all this. Also you left Microsoft out of the list, who has a role in all of this too. Both Windows and Xbox is their platform after all.
I'd think a 25.5" display would be too big for a TN type panel. I have a 22" TN and the viewing angles drive me nuts. You could get a 22" Dell 2209WA E-IPS panel for less than the T260. But its also 3.5" smaller.
Its pretty much screen size vs picture quality.
Try downloading and installing Media Player Classic - Home Cinema and make sure to use its own internal h264 filter.

I leave my ACC set to auto. I'm not too sure what -12 through +12 do as AMD have never given an explanation. The best explanation I've read is that its some kind of clock skew tolerance mechanism + a clock gen that is on the SB750 that directly links to the 6-pins on the CPU to negotiate with...

Now where are the uber deals for s939 dual core CPU's so I can get rid of this single core s939!
Hmm... It sounds good but I'm not too sure about the whole cutting off trade with China part. This is likely to have some serious repercussions and unintended consequences.
