dual monitors from 1 6600GT??

I've had no problems mixing brands when using an AGP and a PCI card. Granted it was an old radeon card with an even older matrox PCI card. As for two monitors off one 6600 card, I don't see why that would be a problem. As long as the card has two outputs, it'll run two monitors. Immagine...

6600GT AGP power requirements vs. x800 Pro

Unless you have a <200W power supply I'd be very surprised if you out run it. I'm running a 6800 ultra and an overclocked amd64 3000 on a quality 300W power supply without problems.

I've got one and am pretty happy with it. It's a good price and I've had no problems with it at all. My main gripe is that AMD's cool'n'quiet does not work when more then one memory slot is filled.

Pulse Width Modulation for Dimming LEDs

It's higher then that. You can notice it at around 50Hz and below in your peripheral vision. It's harder to notice if you look right at it though (not something I recomend with bright lights btw)

Yea, sounds like a cap poped. The PSU will most likely work but not regulate voltage as well. The caps are there mostly to smooth out the highly fluctuating power coming from the wall.

Power requirement for a 6800 GT

What's a good safe & clean LCD cleaner?

I'd say go with compressed air for cleaning the lint and dust off your monitor. If you've got greasy prints or something like that, I'm with the people saying distilled water is a good way to go. Don't bother trying to make it or anything, you can get a gallon of it for ~$.70-$1 at any grocery...
